人類的生存面臨全球氣候變遷之衝擊及暖化等問題,而風災發生於南北半球及西太平洋地區的台灣將更趨頻繁。為了探討颱風事件對民眾居住環境品質影響,本研究採問卷調查法,以自行發展之問卷進行資料收集,瞭解颱風事件前後對民眾居住環境品質的差距,並探討不同背景民眾對颱風的認知與環境品質污染之觀感。 本研究以東港鎮及佳冬鄉民眾為主要範圍,以立意抽樣進行調查,回收之有效問卷計180份,資料回收後以次數、百分比、交叉表、Pearson卡方檢定等統計方法分析。研究結果顯示,該區民眾對氣象常識及認知主要來源為:「新聞媒體」,「網路資訊」為輔;另結果發現民眾於風災事件後對居住環境中自然環境要求更加重視。不同背景民眾在居住環境品質的認知表現上及颱風事件前後的影響差距,性別及學歷沒有顯著性差異;但在不同居住地區及年齡方面則有顯著性的差異。
Human beings are facing the impacts of climate change and global warming. Typhoon occurs more frequently in Taiwan, the West Pacific area of the Northern Hemisphere. To study the influences of typhoons to the residential environment, this study adopts Questionnaire Research method. Data were collected via self-developing the questionnaires, to understand the differences before and after the typhoon events. The study also includes the residents with different background, their recognitions of the typhoon and the images of the environmental quality pollution. The investigation of this study covers the residents of Donggang Township and Jiadong Village. This investigation employs judgment sampling. The effective questionnaires are 180 copies, and the analysis is made by the statistics methods of Times, Percentage, Cross Table and Pearson Chi-square. The results reveal that the main resources of the weather knowledge and recognitions of the residents come from “News Media,” and the “Internet Information” is the substitution. The results also discover that the residents have higher demands of the natural environment after the typhoon event. There is no prominent variance in the gender and education for the residents with different background whose recognitions on the environmental quality before and after the typhoon events. The prominent variance is found in different residential areas and ages.
