本研究透過計劃行為理論模式,探討態度、主觀規範和知覺行為控制三個構面對高中生負笈大陸就讀大學之行為意向研究。以問卷方式進行研究,樣本採用分層隨機抽樣,共計有效問卷506 份。研究發現: 一、不同背景變項(包括性別、就讀組別)之高中生,性別與就讀組別對負笈大陸就讀大學行為意向之交互作用,未達顯著水準。顯示高中生是否就讀大陸大學並不受性別或組別交互作用的影響。但在單因子性別中,卻對行為計劃理論三構面及行為意向呈顯著水準,且高中男生的表現皆顯著優於女生。 二、計劃行為理論中態度、主觀規範和知覺行為控制與行為意向之相關程度均呈正相關。 三、計劃行為理論中態度、主觀規範和知覺行為控制對行為意向的預測 能力,以知覺控制能力最高,而三個變項累計的解釋變異量為 45.8%。 四、大陸現況認知在態度、主觀規範、知覺行為控制對行為意向間具有 完全中介效果。其中以知覺行為控制的總效果值最高。
Abstract The purpose of this study was to investigate the behavior intention of abroad study to Mainland China university for Taiwan’s high school students. The research was based on Theory of Planned Behavior. A total of 506 students were selected. The results were found as following: 1.There is no significant interaction to study abroad intention between students’ gender and studying group. 2.There are significant positive correlation between attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, and behavior intention. 3.There is a significant forecasting ability from attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control to behavior intention, accumulated interpreting power is 45.8%. 4.The recognition on the current situation of Mainland China shows the effect of mediation of attitude, subjective norm and cognitive control toward behavior intention .
