農民因應氣候變遷的基礎資源、對氣候變遷問題的認知與因應行為對調適策略與因應方法之影響－以台東縣稻作農民為例

摘要

本研究依研究動機與目的，以台東縣稻作農民為受訪對象，探討農民在因應氣候變遷的調適基礎資源及對氣候變遷問題的認知與對氣候變遷問題的行為反應對氣候變遷可能的調適策略與因應方法之影響，並以問卷調查方式及SPSS 17.0統計分析軟體進行實證分析，並利用路徑分析檢定方法來檢定五構面間之影響關係。
　　研究結果顯示，農民對於因應氣候變遷的調適基礎資源下之有形資源之認同程度為最大；農民在因應氣候變遷的調適基礎資源、對氣候變遷問題的認知及對氣候變遷問題的行為反應對對氣候變遷可能的調適策略有直接影響，又以上三構面皆可透過對氣候變遷可能的調適策略對因應方法產生間接影響，且以對氣候變遷問題的行為反應對於對氣候變遷可能的調適策略之影響為最大。最後，本研究依研究結果進一步提出可能的管理意涵，並提出具體可行之建議，供台東縣稻作農民及相關輔導單位作為執行上考量。

This study aims to understand the influence of based resources of climate change, cognition and coping behavior to adaption strategies and coping methods. Taking rice farmer in Taitung County as an example, we conducted a survey and SPSS 17.0 statistical software had been used for empirical data analysis. Furthermore, the study used Path analysis to justify the relationship for five dimensions that we had presented.
　　The research results had shown that farmer had highest identification with visible resources in adaptive based resources. The based resources of climate change, cognition and coping behavior all had direct influence on adaption strategies. Moreover, those 3 dimensions had indirect influence on coping methods through adaption strategies. Consequently, the coping behavior of climate change had most influence on adaption strategies. Finally, the research had identified managerial implication and suggestions were also presented. The research results could be the reference to the rice farmer in Taitung County and related organizations.
