休閒體驗的自我覺察在生命歷程之連結— 以公立高中職女性教師為例

摘要


本文研究主要是探討高中職女性教師在透過休閒活動的參與,強化自我的覺察能力,誠懇地翻耕自我的生命予以再教育。主要目的如下: 壹、透過女性教師在休閒過程中探索、覺察到之經驗,分析其類型與效益。貳、探討女性教師在休閒生活中所獲致之體認,對自我實現與自我生命歷程連結之情形。 本研究以深度訪談為主要研究方法,採立意取樣找尋由四位現職女性教師為訪談對象,進行兩次深入訪談以及進行簡單問卷的訪問方式,取得受訪內容之彙編後,予以整理分析。研究結果如下: 壹、在休閒體驗類型方面包含有室內的嗜好活動、閒逸性的身體活動以及社會服務(社團參與)等。 貳、在休閒體驗效益方面: 一、生理效益:透過緩和的身體活動,獲得愉悅、放鬆、滿足、幸福感。 二、心理效益:達到自己某區塊心靈休息與重組進而平衡。 三、情感效益:其休閒價值意義在形成自我一個對抗的緩衝(區),並且接收到大量的支持。 四、社會效益:受訪者長期在從事社會團體的服務中獲得正面的互動回饋。未婚受訪者具有主導權並影響其家人的休閒模式。已婚受訪者扮演休閒中輔導者的角色。 叁、休閒體驗中自我覺察在自我生命歷程之連結 一、自我覺察對私領域的影響:在兩次深入談話的過程之中受訪者對自我生命過往,進行了深度不一的從新檢視,在內心裡翻閱自我經驗並整理與再學習。 二、生命經驗與經營:1.相信學習、覺察。2.建立活在當下的態度。3.生命的經營是需要創作的。 三、自我實踐:1.對自己前半生認定是精采的。2.銘心感謝生命中的一些人、事、物的激勵。這是受訪教師運用不同的之姿態展現並回應的生命實現與痕跡。

This study investigated how high school female teachers, through the participation of leisure activities, improve their abilities of self perception, and genuinely look over their lives to re-educate themselves. The main purposes of this study are listed as follows: 1. Analyze the types and effects of real-life experiences which female teachers explore and perceive while doing leisure activities. 2. Investigate the connection between the realization, gained from leisure activities, self perception and their life spans (courses). The researcher adopted In-depth Interview as the research method, and, according to Judegmental or Purpose Sampling, found four current female teachers as interviewees. Then the researcher assembled and analyzed the content of the two-time interviews and the questionnaires. The results of the study are summarized as follows: 1. The types of leisure experiences Leisure experiences include indoor activities, regular body movements and social services (society participation), etc. 2. The effects of leisure experiences (1) physical effects Feel happy, joyful, relaxed and satisfied senses through slow and gentle body movements. (2) psychological effects Achieve inner peace and then have a well-balanced mind. (3) emotional effects The values of leisure activities lie in forming a buffer zone of one’s own against negative emotions and receiving a great deal of support. (4) social effects The interviewees have kept gaining positive interaction and feedback from taking part in social service. The unmarried interviewees would guide and influence what their family members do in their leisure time. The married ones play the role of counselor in their family members’ leisure activities. 3. The Self perception connection with one’s life course in Leisure Experience (1) the influence of self perception on innermost emotions During the process of two-time In-depth Interviews, the interviewees inspected the past from various levels, glanced through and reorganized the experiences and learn from them once again. (2) life experience and management a. Believe in learning and perception. b. Take an attitude of living at present. c. Life management is necessarily needed. (3) self-realization The followings are the reflections are the interviewees on self-realization: “Until now, I live a splendid life.” “I’m sincerely thankful for the inspirations from the people I met and the things I went through.”
