本文主要針對筆記型電腦散熱風扇,利用設定不同的扇葉幾何外形,進行實驗研究和分析其對於風扇性能的影響,此研究同時考慮風扇散熱性能的影響。首先選定使用筆記型電腦常用的離心式風扇,設定離心式扇葉的幾個主要設計參數,利用田口方法進行最佳化實驗分析,並製作風扇樣品進行實際量測以得到實驗數據,接著應用計算流體力學軟體模擬分析,藉由流場可視化來探討風扇流場的主要差異。最後依據量測結果顯示,以圓盤尺寸這個設計參數對於解熱性能的影響最大,並可以得到對於風扇性能的變化趨勢。本文建立之分析與量測方法有助於更加瞭解離心式風扇之特性,並可作為筆記型電腦離心式散熱風扇設計之參考。
In this paper, notebook computer centrifugal fans for the use of set different fan geometry, the experimental study and analysis of its performance for the fans, this study also consider the thermal performance of the fan. First, commonly used in notebook computers selected using the centrifugal fan, centrifugal fan set several major design parameters, the Taguchi method to optimize the experimental analysis and the production of fan samples were measured to obtain the actual experimental data, followed by application of computing CFD simulation software, by flow visualization to explore the main differences between the fan flow field. Finally, according to the measurement results show that the disk size of the design parameters for the maximum antipyretic properties, and can get the performance trends for the fans.Analysis is established and methods of measurement contribute to better understanding of the characteristics of centrifugal fan, and as a notebook computer centrifugal cooling fan design reference.
