以專利分析探討全地形車應用潔淨能源之發展

Using patent analysis to investigate the development of clean energy applications in all terrain vehicles

摘要


本論文應用專利分析,探討在潔淨能源節範疇下台灣ATV成車廠商之汽油動力與替代能源車輛技術發展。 本研究檢索1989年至2009年台灣ATV成車廠之專利,經判讀後護得1157筆專利。研究發現,ATV技術發展主要集中在「引擎系統」、「傳動系統」與「燃料系統」。引擎與傳動系統主要功效為「操控」,燃料系統則為「製造/維修」功效。 在替代能源車輛方面,電動車主要之技術發展為「B60K001電動力裝置之佈置或安裝」;混合動力車為「B60K006用於共用或通用的動力裝置之兩個以上不同原動機之佈置或安裝」;燃料電池車為「H01M008燃料電池;及其製造」。電動車與混合動力車主要功效為「操控」,燃料電池車則為「可靠度」。分析廠商在替代能源技術之發展,可發現各廠商主要的技術與功效皆不盡相同,如燃料電池車,本田主要技術在「結構」,其功效為「製造/維修」與「可靠度」,山葉則為「電池」之技術,其功效為「操控」與「控制/檢測」。 本研究提供了ATV目前技術發展現況與各廠商之技術重點,可提供廠商作為未來技術研發之參考。

This study investigates the technical development of ATV’s in Taiwan within the scope of clean energy from two aspects, traditional fossil fuel and alternative energy vehicles. For the technical development of traditional fossil fuel ATV’s, it is found that the main technological developments are ‘Engine System’, ‘Transmission System’ and ‘Fueling System’. The major effect of the ‘ Engine System’ and ‘Transmission System’ is ‘controlling’ . And the major effects of ‘Fueling System’ are ‘manufacturing’ and ‘maintenance’. The alternative energy is further classified into three groups, namely, battery electric, hybrid, and fuel cell. The main technical development of battery electric ATV’s is ‘Arrangement or mounting of electrical propulsion units.’, with IPC ‘B60K001’. The main technical development of hybrid ATV’s is ‘Arrangement or mounting of plural diverse prime-movers for mutual or common propulsion.’, with IPC ‘B60K006’. ‘Fuel cells; Manufacture thereof.’, with IPC ‘H01M008’, is the main technical development of ‘fuel cell’ ATV’s. The main effect of ‘battery electric vehicle’ and ‘hybrid vehicle’ is ‘controlling’ ; while the ‘fuel cell vehicle’ focuses on ‘reliability’. By looking into the alternative energy technological development of firms, it is found that all firms emphasize different technology development, such as for the fuel cell vehicle, the main technological development of ‘Honda’ is ‘structure’, and the main effect of ‘manufacturing’ , ‘maintenance’ and ‘reliability’; while the main technological development of ‘Yamaha’ is ‘Fuel cells’, and the main effect of ‘controlling’ and ‘inspection’ . This study provides the main ATV firms technology development results and points out directions of future R&D.
