本文係藉由掃描式電子顯微鏡、穿透式電子顯微鏡、X光繞射儀等分析技術,進行鎢鎳鐵合金跟17-4PH不銹鋼於焊接後之顯微結構分析。結果如下所述: 使用鎳鉻不銹鋼焊條以TIG焊接鎢鎳鐵合金跟17-4PH試片,焊接後熱影響區產生裂痕。鎢鎳鐵合金屬於體心立方結構,晶格常數為a=0.3166nm;17-4PH為析出硬化型不銹鋼,結構屬於c/a≒1,晶格常數為a=0.2877nm。經由掃描式電子顯微鏡觀察熱影響區及裂痕,發現層狀析出組織是由鎢與鎳鐵交叉組成,縮孔串聯並沿著層狀組織產生裂痕。以穿透式電子顯微鏡觀察,層狀組織是由鎢析出,球狀組織分布在其週遭,球狀組織為面心立方結構。
This article is analysis the microstructure of Tungsten-Ni-Fe alloy welding with 17-4PH was proceeded by Scanning Electron Microscopy, Transmission Electron microscopy, X-ray Diffract. The results is below: After using Nickel-chromium SS to TIG weld in W-Ni-Fe alloy with 17-4PH, the cracks appeared on the heat affected zone. The structure of W-Ni-Fe alloy is body-centered cubic structure, lattice constant a = 0.3166nm; As for the 17-4PH, the structure is c / a ≒ 1, the lattice constant a = 0.2877nm. Observed heat affected zone and cracks by scanning electron microscopy, the layered precipitation of W structure is composed of Ni-Fe, and shrinkage were found along the layer and also caused cracks. By using transmission electron microscopy, the precipitated structure layer is W, spherical distribution in the surrounding area, and it is face-centered cubic structure.
