母豬不同攝食量及仔豬營養對仔豬成績之影響

摘要


本研究以兩個實驗探討離乳仔豬不同粗蛋白含量飼糧及母豬攝取之飼料量,對離乳仔豬之攝食量及生長成績之影響。實驗一將12頭母豬及其仔豬逢機分配至二處理組,自仔豬出生後第5天至70天,分別供給不同處理之仔豬12%及20%粗蛋白含量之飼糧,仔豬於4週齡離乳,試驗期間仔豬飼養於分娩舍。實驗二將24頭懷孕後期之母豬及其分娩之仔豬分配至2×2複因子處理,即母豬攝取低和高之飼糧(分別為2.6公斤/天、4公斤/天),和仔豬不同粗蛋白含量飼糧(12%和20%)。收集之試驗數據包括攝食量、體增重和飼料利用效率。結果顯示,實驗一仔豬自出生至離乳後兩週並無差異,但仔豬離乳後3週(7週齡)至10週齡之成績,高(20%)粗蛋白含量飼糧可提升仔豬生長成績及飼料利用效率,實驗二則顯示來自攝食4公斤/天之母豬且離乳仔豬飼糧含20%粗蛋白之仔豬,其生長速率顯著高於母豬僅攝取2.6公斤/天且離乳仔豬飼糧含12%粗蛋白之仔豬(分別為1,774公克/天、869公克/天),這些結果指出提供給懷孕後期母豬較多飼糧且離乳仔豬20%粗蛋白含量之飼糧,可提高離乳仔豬之攝食量、生長成績及飼料利用效率。

Two experiments were conducted to investigate the feed intake and the growth response of weaning pigs to different dietary crude protein (CP) levels in piglets and maternal dietary level. Experiment 1, twelve sows and litters were randomly assigned to two groups (n = 6/group) based on weaning at 4-wk old receiving diets containing 12% or 20% CP from 5-d old until d 70. Piglets were kept in the farrowing house during the period of study. Experiment 2, 24 late pregnancy sows (around 100 days of gestation) and their litters were allotted to 4 dietary treatments in a 2 x 2 factorial arrangement with low and high maternal feed intake (2.6 kg/day versus 4.0 kg/day) and CP level in piglet’s diet (12% versus 20%) content as respective factors. Experimental data collected in both experiments included feed intake, body weight gain, and feed efficiency throughout the study period. Results indicated that there were no significant differences on the average daily feed intake and average daily gain of piglets fed 12% CP and 20% CP diet from pre-weaning to two weeks post-weaning, but from day 49 onwards, high CP diet (20% CP) can increase growth performance and improve feed efficiency of piglets as compared to those offered low CP diet (12%) in experiment 1. Experiment 2 demonstrated that piglets from sows fed 4.0 kg/day with 20 % CP in piglet’s diet were markedly higher in growth rate than those froms sow fed 2.6 kg/day with piglets fed 12 % CP (1,774 vs. 869 g/day) after weaning. These results indicated that providing high level feed in late pregnancy sows with 20 % CP in piglet’s diet may improve feed intake, growth performance, and feed efficiency in weaning piglet.
