利用廢棄土地於屏東平原進行地下水補注之可行性研究

論文摘要內容: 水資源的調配是近年來重視的議題,本研究探討屏東平原因盜採砂石所遺留之廢棄大型土地,以此作為水塘補注法進行地下水補注,於豐水期時能在屏東平原扇頂地區對地下水體進行有效的補注,減緩枯水期時水資源缺乏之問題,以達到調豐濟枯的目的。本研究利用美國地質所(USGS)所發展之地下水流數值模式MODFLOW,整合研究區域各項參數並建置地下水水流模式,以2007年地下水水位作為率定基準並建置概念模式,再以2008年地下水水位加入水塘法進行補注,探討利用廢棄土地補注對區域地下水的效益。應用模式中通用水頭邊界模組(General Head Boundary)模擬豐水期間6-10 月於該地區實施人工補注,訂定不同之方案進行地下水補注,由模擬結果顯示以方案一62,712 m3/year最佳,合計總補注量約為273,310 m3/year 。 關鍵字:屏東平原、地下水補注、MODFLOW、廢棄土地、水塘補注法

The allocation of water resources has been one critical issue in recent years. This present study investigated the enormous deserted land of Pingtung Plain that was left after illegal stone quarrying and the land can be used with the Recharge Basin Method to groundwater reservoir with the aim to replenish underground water-bearing strata at the upper fan region of Pingtung Plain during wet period and easily solve the problem of water resources depletion during dry period for the purpose of water resources allocation. This study made use of MODFLOW developed by USGS and integrated parameters of the research region to establish a groundwater flow model. The groundwater level in 2007 was set as initial condition for establishing a concept model. The groundwater level in 2008 was the conceptually recharged by Recharge Basin Method to discuss the effectiveness of recharging wasted land for regional groundwater. The applied model employed the General Head Boundary Module to simulate the situation that during wet period from June to October the region undergoes manual recharges by various kinds of groundwater recharge plan. The result of the simulation showed that Plan 1, 62,712 m3/year was the optimal plan with a total recharge volume of 273,310 m3/year.
