台灣有機農業及有機農產品發展之研究

摘要


摘 要 因全球經濟的繁榮及時代的躍進,二十一世紀的農業正處於劇變的時代,隨著訴求健康無毒、節能減碳、有益地球生態的健康飲食概念興起,有機農業及有機農產品的發展因應而生;因食用基因改造食品的未確定性傷害,引起消費者的食品安全意識提昇;2012年政府即將開放美國牛肉進口及瘦肉精事件,更加引起消費者的恐慌,也更加注意到食品安全的重要性!有機農業及有機農產品業的發展是為了避免農藥危害身體及維護自然生態平衡的綠色行銷產業,因此,有機農業及有機農產品的發展更備受重視。 台灣發展有機農業及引進有機觀念已逾二十年,從國人的有機農產品消費日增,市面上有機農產品專賣店及網路有機宅配交易熱絡,有機農產品市場潛力相當的大,有機產業在台灣是否可以穩定成長,有賴於政府及農政單位、有機之生產農場、有機通路商、有機驗證機構及有機消費者的良性互動,來創造台灣有機農業及有機農產品更美好的未來! 本研究主要的研究目是藉由焦點訪談中有機消費者之消費者行為,來發現其相互之間的影響;並以質性訪談後之資料做整理分析,綜合不同的觀點做出最後的結論,以探討台灣有機農業及有機農產品未來發展之可能性。

Abstract The global prosperous and speedy movement of the present society had made drastic change of the scope of Agriculture in 21th century. More and more requirements toward healthy, non-poison, energy saving and the ecologically beneficial ways of consumption were raised. Thus, the organic agriculture and organic agricultural products become more popular on the market. The uncertainty of the safety and damages which come with GMO food have been raising the concerns of costumers on food. The 2012 open market for U.S beef import event and ractopamine are signifying more consumer panics and increase the attention on the importance of guarding food safety. The development of organic agriculture and organic agricultural products are the best ways to avoid chemical damages and maintain natural balance businesses. Thus, more attentions should be focused to promote organic agriculture production. It has been more than 20years since Taiwan started modern organic agriculture practices. The uprising heat of numerous new organic products, organic shops, internet organic distributions have make a huge potential market. However, the stable and sustainable development of the market must rely on the well inter-relationships among the government, council agriculture, organic production farms, organic trading path, certification organization and consumer awareness to create a better future for organic business in Taiwan. The purpose of this research will concentrate on the focused interview with organic consumers, to discover the organic consumer behavior. And, through quantity and analytic data after interview, combine all different aspects, verify them and summarize to discover the best paths for future development of the organic agriculture and organic agricultural products in Taiwan.
