無線射頻辨識技術在建構醫院疾病追蹤感控系統之應用

摘要


病毒感染的疾病通常潛伏期短且傳播的速度快,可能在潛伏期時期已經由飛沫傳染給醫護人員或民眾,為降低疫情擴散的可能性,本研究依據飛沫微粒沉降時間與飛沫微粒濃度分佈變化,計算出感染機率模型,並以無線射頻技術(radio frequency identification, RFID)偵測出的病患經過地點與時間,接續利用樹狀圖建構追蹤感染途徑,找出帶原者與疑似被感染者之間關聯性,最後依據間隔時間計算出疾病感染機率。醫院依據本研究提出的感染模式建構疾病追蹤管制系統(disease tracing control system),可快速計算傳染途徑與感染機率,除提供醫護人員進行感染風險評估外,也可對患者做即時的防護與控管,藉此降低疫情傳染風險,提供病患安全的就醫環境。

Viral infection of the disease usually has short incubation and fast spread through droplet infection to medical professional or the public during the incubation period. To reduce the likelihood of the spread of epidemic, on the basis of the droplet fallout time and the concentration of droplet this study constructs a model of infection probability. At same time using the Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) to detect the patients' activities time and places involved. Then following up by the Tree Diagram to track the routes of infection and chase down the carriers to calculate the spread of the disease probability. In accordance in this study with the pattern of infection constructed hospital disease tracing control system, quickly calculate the disease transmission a way and the infection probability, in addition to providing health visitor to do the infection risk assessment real-time protection and control of patients to reduce the risk of the spread of the epidemic and to provide patients with safe medical environment.
