組織採購政策、產品知識、產品涉入及風險偏好對醫院醫器材採購影響之探討-以南部某醫學中心及其附屬機構為例

摘要

本研究主要是以組織採購政策、產品知識、產品涉入及風險偏好等要素對醫院醫療器材採購影響之探討，其中以對有無經查驗登記之醫療器材之採購行為作為主要研究主軸。
調查對象以南部某醫學中心及其附屬機構為主，共計發放120份問卷，回收之有效問卷計83份，經敘述性統計分析、相關分析、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變量分析、迴歸分析等工具進行實證分析。發現結果如下：
1.醫院組織內部醫療器材需求者的產品涉入程度對有（無）查驗登記醫
療器材採購的行為有顯著影響。
2.醫院組織內部醫療器材需求者的產品知識程度對有（無）查驗登記醫療器
材採購的行為有顯著影響。
3.醫院組織採購政策對有（無）查驗登記醫療器材採購行為有顯著影響。
4.醫院組織採購政策與醫療器材需求者的產品知識、產品涉入、風險偏
好交互作用會對有（無）經查驗登記醫療器材採購行為有顯著關係。
根據實證結果，本研究做成建議，以作為目前醫院醫療器材採購策略應用及醫院經營管理上能提供正面之協助與參考。

This study aimed to investigate the relations among procurement policy, product Knowledge, product involvement and risk preference on the purchasing behavior of medical equipments with or without registration records.
By using the questionnaire survey, the subjects of doctors, nurses and staffs in one medical center in southern Taiwan were investigated and 83 valid sample data were collected from 120questionaires. Descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, independent t test, one way ANOVA and regression anlaysis were employed to conduct the statistical analysis. The empirical results are as follows:
1. There existed significant differences for respondants with different product involvements on purchasing behavior of medical equipments.
2. There existed significant differences for respondants with different product knowledges on purchasing behavior of medical equipments.
3. There existed significant differences for respondants with different perspectives of hospital procurement policy on purchasing behavior of medical equipments.
4. The interactions between different perspectives of procurement policy and product knowledges, product involvements, and risk preference of respondants have significant impacts on purchasing behavior of medical equipments.
Based on the empirical findings, this study offered suggestions to hospitals for the improvements of procurement policy of medical equipments and the hospital opearion and management.
