在知識經濟的時代中,為了提升國家整體國力與促進產業提高競爭力,政府正積極推動回流教育,提供在職人士繼續進修的管道。但是在時間與空間限制之下,如何提升學習效率以及學習意願,數位學習提供了一項最佳選擇。但是,數位學習也並非完全沒有干擾因素的存在,所以,如何找出將會影響數位學習中的關鍵因素,並進而提升數位學習的效能,是本研究所要努力的方向。 本研究針對高高屏地區碩專班學生為主要研究對象,期望了解內外控人格與計劃行為理論中「行為態度」、「主觀規範」以及「知覺行為控制」對於數位學習行為意圖等潛在變項之間的關係。本研究結果指出內外控人格對於行為態度、主觀規範有顯著差異。行為態度、主觀規範以及知覺行為控制對於數位學習行為意圖有正向顯著影響。
In this era of knowledge-based economy, in order to enhance the whole country's strength and industry competitiveness, the government is actively promoting recurrent education for working adults to continue their studies of the way. However, in constraints of time and space, how to enhance learning efficiency and willingness? The digital learning will be the best choice. However, digital learning is not completely independent from other factors. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify the key factors affecting the digital learning, and thereby enhance the effectiveness of digital learning.The sample of this study consists of On-job Master Degree Program students of Kaohsiung and Pingtung areas. We expect to understand the relationship amount the latent variables of e-learning behavioral intentions with the Locus of Control and Theory of Planned Behavior in “Attitude toward the Behavior”,“Subjective Norm”and“Perceived Behavioral Control”.The results shows that that:The Locus of Control toward "Attitude toward the Behavior" and "Subjective Norm" has a significant difference."Attitude toward the Behavior", "Subjective Norm" and "Perceived Behavioral Control" toward e-learning behavioral intentions have a significant positive impact.
