警察人員風險知覺與工作壓力對休閒農業參與之研究－以高雄市基層員警為例

摘要

警察人員因為工作環境特殊，工作時間特長，每天要面對刺激、挑戰、驚喜和責任等難以預料的考驗，有些壓力來源是警察人員所獨具，非外人所能體會；因此，希望針對警察人員風險知覺、工作壓力對休閒參與之研究，以有助於瞭解警察人員工作壓力，進而規劃不同方案的休閒活動參與，以提高為民服務品質與打擊犯罪效能，並助於生活品質的提昇；因此探討警察人員的休閒參與有其必要性。
本研究主要是以以高雄市基層員警為例，研究架構包含警察人員風險知覺、工作壓力對休閒參與。正式發放問卷500份，共回收460份進行分析。本研究之分析工具包含信度與效度分析、敘述性統計、獨立樣本T檢定與單因子變異數分析、相關分析路、徑分析。人口統計包含性別、年齡、教育程度、婚姻、職務、服務年資。本研究結果得知¬¬¬，風險知覺對休閒農業參與具有直接影響效果，工作壓力對休閒農業參與具有直接影響效果。

Due to the unique work environment of police officers, their long working hours, the unexpected challenges, surprises and responsibilities which they face, as well as the pressures that they experience, pressures that no civilian can thoroughly understand, we are studying and researching the demand for relaxation as it pertains to members of the policing profession. Through this study we hope to better understand their work pressures and then plan different types of recreational activities that address these pressures, thus improving their job performance, the effectiveness of their fight against crime, and their overall quality of life. The study is based on police in Kaohsiung City.
The study structure includes police officers’ risk perception, work stress, and their need for leisure agriculture participation. 500 formal questionnaires were issued, and 460 were collected for analysis. The study’s analysis toolbox includes reliability and validity analysis, descriptive statistics, independent samples T-test and ANOVA (Analysis of Variance), correlation analysis, and path analysis. Demographic variables included gender, age, education, marital status, job function/position, and length of service. The results of this study indicate that both risk perception and work pressure have direct effects on leisure agriculture participation.
