網路電話(VoIP)在現今的網路技術已是非常熱門的一種應用,本研究欲以科技接受模式(Technology Acceptance Model, TAM)結合資訊系統成功模式(Informatin Systems Success)為論文基礎,來探討資訊滿意、系統滿意、知覺有用性、知覺易用性、使用態度、使用意願、相容性和使用成本對消費者在使用網路電話的行為的影響,進而對相關學校單位在導入網路電話時,提供相關應用的建議。 本研究主要針對教育部學術網路(TANet)使用者進行網路問卷調查,回收99份問卷,並經由統計分析、因素與信效度分析、t檢定與變異數分析結果,歸納如下:(1)「資訊滿意」對「知覺有用性」有顯著正向的影響;(2)「系統滿意」對「知覺易用性」有顯著正向的影響;(3)「知覺有用性」、「知覺易用性」、「相容性」與「使用成本」對「使用態度」有顯著正向的影響;(4)「知覺有用性」、「使用態度」與「使用成本」對「使用意願」有顯著正向的影響;(5)「知覺易用性」對「知覺有用性」有顯著的負向影響。
VoIP is a very popular and important communication system for phone users and telecommunication companies, This thesis uses Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) integrated Information System Success Model to “Information Satisfaction”, “System Satisfaction”, “Perceived Usefulness”, “Perceived Ease of Use”, “Attitude”、 “Intention”,“Compatibility” ,and “Cost”. Providing recommendations to schools when they want to import VoIP systems. This study use the questionnaire and statical method to evaluate and analyse the proposed research model. (1)The “Information Satisfaction” factor has the positive effect on the “Perceived Usefulness” factor. (2)The “System Satisfaction” has the positive effect on the “Perceived Ease of Use” factor. (3)The “Perceived Usefulness”, ”Perceived Ease of Use”, ”Compatibility” and “Cost” factor have the positive effect on the “Use Attitude” factor. (4)The “Perceived Usefulness”, ”Use Attitude” and “Cost” factors have the positive effect on “Use Intention” factor. (5)The “Perceived Ease of Use” factor has the negative effect on the “Perceived Usefulness” factor.
