摘 要 學號:M10132041 論文題目:液體熱傳導係數的量測和分析 總頁數:81 學校名稱:國立屏東科技大學 系(所)別:機械工程系 畢業年月: 102年7月 學位別:碩士學位 研究生:歐駿 指導教授:姜庭隆 博士 論文摘要內容: 熱傳導係數的重要性在於可以知道一個物質是好的導熱體或者不良導熱體(或熱的絕緣體),因此,熱傳導係數的相對大小對實驗的設計者而言是很重要的。在本研究中,吾人使用改進的穩態平行板法測量設備,將針對液體熱傳導係數測量,探討幾種不同液體熱傳導係數的大小,以液體不同熱傳性能的影響,改善測量設備的誤差。本研究過程採用:水、甘油、聚丙二醇、乙二醇液體,以穩定的熱源提供5W的功率,經由鋁塊均勻的傳遞熱量,再傳至下部鋁塊模穴內的液體,而下部鋁塊底部採用水冷系統,確保環境的溫度條件保持一致,以K-type電熱偶量測鋁塊與模穴內液體液面、底面的溫度,並且配合電腦軟體Gambit和Fluent進行模擬分析。本研究的目的就是希望能夠降低成本,又可以量得液體熱傳導係數。同時亦能提升測量液體熱傳導係數之準確性,並且建立此類液體熱傳導係數測量設備的電腦輔助設計工具與分析技術做為之後類似工程之參考。 關鍵字:液體熱傳導分析儀、穩態平行板法、電腦數值模擬方法、計算液體熱傳導係數

Abstract Student ID: M10132041 Title of Thesis: Liquid Thermal Conductivity Measurement and Analysis Total Pages: 81 Name of Institute: National Pingtung University of Science and Technology Name of Department: Department of Mechanical Engineering Date of Graduation: July, 2014 Degree Conferred: Master Name of Student: Ou Chun Adviser: Dr.Ting-Lung Chiang The Contents of Abstract in this Thesis: The thermal conductivity importance lies in may know material is the good conductor of heat or not the good conductor of heat (Or heat insulator), therefore, the thermal conductivity relative size speaking of the experimental designer is very important.In this research, we use the improvement the stable state pillbox law measurement equipment, will aim at the liquid thermal conductivity survey, will discuss several kind of different liquid thermal conductivity the size, by liquid different hot biography performance influence, improvement measurement equipment error.This research process use: The water, the glycerine, gather the trimethylene glycol, the glycol liquid, provides 5W by the stable heat source the power, by way of the aluminum block even transmission quantity of heat, passes on again to the lower part aluminum block mold hole in the liquid, but lower part the aluminum block base uses the water-cooling system, guarantees the environment the temperature condition maintenance to be consistent, by K-type electricity thermo-couple gauging aluminum block and in mold hole liquid liquid level, bottom surface temperature, and coordinate computer software Gambit and Fluent carry on the simulation analysis. This research goal is the hope can reduce the cost, Also may measure results in the liquid thermal conductivity.Simultaneously also can promote accuracy of the survey liquid thermal conductivity, and establishes this kind of liquid thermal conductivity measurement equipment the computer assistance to design the tool and the analysis technology does reference for after similar project.
