緊急救護任務分配評估

災害事故之傷病患急救及後送至醫院急診部門之緊急救護業務，幾乎全由消防機關負責執行。本文以事故待救人員數量、分隊至事故地點距離、事故地點至載送醫院距離、分隊可出勤人數及轄區分隊救護車數量等為評估因子，利用灰色關聯分析探討救護之派遣工作分配，以使救護工作達最佳效益。由分析結果顯示以管轄區域為界派遣救護工作在單純救護時尚可行，但考慮救護車回程時間時，目前以區域劃分救護方式可再調整。

The first aid of injured patients and emergency ambulance service to the hospital are almost by the fire department. In this paper, the assessment factors including number of accidents waiting for rescue, distance from fire department to accident site, distance from accident site to the hospital, the number of available personnel and the number of ambulances are used to analyze ambulance dispatch performance by grey correlation method. The result showed that the current zoning ambulance dispatch type maybe adjust in the future.
