使用伺服電動機驅動之小型洗滌機構研究

A Small Washing Machine Based on Servo Motor

摘要


本文使用交流伺服電動機之優點來製作一小型洗滌機構,利用慣性力將內轉槽與負載物帶動,達到每分鐘轉1200圈的轉速,利用慣性力將水往外排出,在將訊號轉換至伺服電動機中使伺服電動機轉動皮帶盤藉以驅動洗滌機構之轉槽,並使用Arduino Mega2560開發板輸出PWM給伺服電動機驅動器,讓驅動器供給足夠之電源給交流伺服電動機,可以藉由精準的驅動其機構的轉槽,藉此達到將負載物之含水量降低到所需之需求。
