國內道路為應民生需求常遭挖埋地下管道破壞、加上自來水管高漏水率影響,致鋪面結構承載力降低及路基土壤浸水破壞,危及用路人行車安全,目前慣用之CLSM,雖具承載穩定性,然其成本高且不透水性影響地下水滲流空間,有危害生態環境之慮;故研發兼具承載穩定性、成本經濟性及生態環保性之回填材料,方足以徹底解決現實環境問題。 本研究利用垃圾焚化爐底渣(waste incinerator bottom ash)、瀝青混凝土回收料(Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement;RAP)、道路開挖料,卜作嵐摻料(飛灰及爐石粉)、卜特蘭I型水泥及水,於實驗室配製PRC,期望能藉由試拌結果獲得最適配比,推廣應用於基底層回填,據以解決國內道路遭挖掘破壞問題。由實驗室進行22組配比設計結果可得,配比目標孔隙率15%以上、水膠比0.45±0.5,並控制膠結料150~160kg/m3、粒料1,560~1,650 kg/m3之PRC,相關性能多能符合行政院頒布公共工程施工綱要規範第03341章規定。添加膠結料總量20%之卜作嵐摻料,可提高工作度及拌和料均勻性;RAP摻配量則以30%~50%為佳;粒料使用底渣較碎石級配約可減少100 kg/m3,就工料成本而言,PRC約CLSM之60~70%,相對經濟。
Country roads were often dug for the people's needs should be buried underground pipeline damage, coupled with the effects of water pipe leakage rate high, causing the structure to reduce pavement and subgrade bearing capacity of soil flooding damage, endangering traffic safety by passers-by, the current conventional CLSM, although with a stable load sex, then its high cost and impermeable characteristics of groundwater seepage space, taking into account the ecological environment hazards; therefore developed both bearing stability, backfill material costs economic and ecological environmental protection, the party enough to solve real-world problems. In this study, the use of garbage incinerator bottom ash (waste incinerator bottom ash), recycled asphalt concrete material (Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement; RAP), road excavation material for the PRC filled pellets, pozzolanic material (fly ash and slag), BU Type I Portland cement and water, in the laboratory preparation of PRC, hoping to get the best results by trial mix ratio, extended to the various backfilling, according to resolve domestic mining roads were destroyed problems. 22 set by the laboratory mix design results can be obtained, the ratio of the target set at more than 20% porosity, water-cement ratio of 0.45 ± 0.5, and controls binder 160kg/cm3 (fly ash or slag 20%), grain expected 1600 kg/cm3 ± 3% of the PRC, the relative performance can meet the requirements of the Executive Yuan promulgated Section 03341 Chapter Outline specifications for public works construction. Add the amount of pozzolanic material (20% of the binder) can improve the degree of cementation material and mixing uniformity; RAP blending amount of 30% to 50% better.
