解說服務品質關鍵屬性之確認-以六堆客家文化園區為例

摘要


解說服務是整體服務傳遞過程中的重要元素,且是一種服務的工作,而透過解說服務可以加強遊客的遊憩體驗,解說服務也被認為是一項遊客管理的有效策略。然而,在資源有限的情況下,如何有效檢視與確認解說服務品質屬性之優先改善順序顯得相當重要。因此,本研究將運用IPA 法於關鍵解說服務品質屬性之確認。IPA法中將先驗證解說服務品質屬性於衡量上的信、效度,再藉由IPA矩陣圖以確認解說服務品質的關鍵屬性。本研究將以六堆客家文化園區為研究基地,研究對象以參與解說服務之遊客進行問卷調查,研究結果顯示,遊客普遍性認為保證性與可靠性為影響六堆客家文化園區解說服務品質的關鍵屬性。建議六堆客家文化園區的管理者,應針對此兩項關鍵影響因素,積極從事改善作為,以提升整體的解說服務品質。

Interpretation service is an important element in the overall service delivery process and is a kind of service work. The interpretation service can enhance the tourists' recreational experience. Interpretation service is also considered to be an effective strategy for tourist management. However, in the case of limited resources, how to effectively review and confirm the priority improvement order of the quality of service attributes is very important. Therefore, this study will use the IPA method to confirm the key interpretation of service quality attributes. The IPA method will first verify the reliability and validity of the interpretation service quality attributes in measurement, and then use the IPA matrix to confirm the key attributes of the interpretation service quality. This research will use Liudui Hakka Cultural Park as the research base, and the research object will be a questionnaire survey of tourists who participate in the interpretation service. The research results show that the universality of tourists believes that guarantee and reliability are the keys to the quality of the interpretation service of Liudui Hakka Cultural Park. Attributes. It is recommended that the managers of Liudui Hakka Cultural Park should actively engage in improvement actions in response to these two key influencing factors in order to enhance the overall quality of interpretation services.
