This study addresses the issue of remanufacturing planning decisions for closed loop supply chains, combining the production scenarios of multiple products, multiple raw materials, multiple suppliers, multiple machines, multiple outlets, and recycle bins. In this study, Linear Programming (LP) is applied to minimize the total production cost, and five stages of procurement, processing, assembly, distribution, and recycling are considered. Each stage includes purchase volume, feed volume, distribution volume, and demand volume. Recycling volume restrictions and constructing a remanufacturing planning decision model for closed loop supply chains. In order to verify the correctness of the model, this study used two 16-inch tires as a numerical example for model testing. The test results were also in line with the requirements of the tire manufacturing plant. Keywords: closed loop supply chains, remanufacturing planning, linear programming
