表達性藝術團體對兒童人際關係及情緒管理之影響成效

摘要


本研究旨在針對恆春半島經濟弱勢之國小兒童,參加以發展性音樂治療為設計基礎之表達性藝術團體後,對其情緒管理及人際關係之改變情形。研究配合屏東縣政府社會處恆春區家庭福利服務中心活動,以自編情緒管理及人際關係量表作為資料收集工具,並於表達性藝術團體前、團體後進行施測,用以了解活動對經濟弱勢兒童的影響。綜合比較後發現,學童參加完表達性藝術團體後,其認知他人情緒、察覺自我情緒、管理自我情緒、我與家人的關係、我與老師的關係及我與朋友的關係之構面,皆有正向改變效果;而經濟弱勢兒童情緒管理及人際關係量表之數據,皆呈現顯著效果外,分數相較於一般兒童來的高出許多,表示經濟弱勢兒童參加完以發展性音樂治療為設計基礎之表達性藝團體後,對其情緒管理及人際關係有正向影響且高於一般兒童,顯示出此團體內容對於經濟弱勢兒童的必要性。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of expressive art pro-gram which bases on developmental music therapy on interpersonal rela-tionship and emotional management for disadvantaged in elementary school. This program collaborated with the Hengchun regional family welfare service center of department of social affairs in Pingtung county government. The data was analyzed using self-developed relationship questionnaire and self-developed emotional management questionnaire, the disadvantaged student in elementary school were selected as research subjects. After partic-ipating in the expressive art program, the student’s cognition of other’s emo-tion, cognitions of own emotion, management of own emotion, relationship with family, relationship with teacher and relationship with friend have ob-vious positive changes, and the disadvantaged student to obtain more effect than general student. The study result shows that the expressive art program’s effect of disadvantaged student was obtain than the general student, and it has necessity for the disadvantaged student.
