本研究在探討高職實用技能學程餐飲技術科學生學習動機、學習態度與生涯意向之關係;並觀察學生學習態度在學習動機對生涯意向中的中介效果。 本研究以高屏地區實用技能學程餐飲技術科三年級學生為研究對象,回收總問卷數為758份,剔除無效問卷後有效問卷數為702份,有效問卷率達92.6%,並運用SPSS24.0統計軟體進行因素分析、信度分析、敘述性統計分析、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、迴歸分析及Sobel檢定。 研究結果發現,高屏地區實用技能學程餐飲技術科學生在學習動機對生涯意向有顯著正向的影響;學習動機對學習態度有顯著正向的影響;學習態度會對學習動機與生涯意向產生部分中介效果。 關鍵字﹕實用技能學程、學習動機、學習態度、生涯意向
This study aims to investigate the relationships among learning motivation, learning attitude, and career intention of the students of practical technical program in the department of restaurant skills at vocational high schools. Additionally, the impact of the mediating role of learning attitude on the relationship between learning motivation and career intention was also examined. We sampled from 758 third-grade students of practical technical program in the department of restaurant skills at vocational high schools in Kaohsiung and Pingtung areas. After eliminating invalid questionnaires, the total number of effective questionnaires was 702, resulting in a return rate of 92.6%. Data were analyzed through description statistical analysis, Cronbach’s alpha reliability test, independent t test, ANOVA, regression analysis, and Sobel test by SPSS 24.0. Research results indicated that among students of practical technical program in the department of restaurant skills at vocational high schools in Kaohsiung and Pingtung areas, first of all, learning motivation had a significant positive impact on learning attitude. Second, learning attitude had a significant positive impact on career intention. Third, learning motivation had a significant positive impact on career intention. Finally, learning attitude had a partial mediating impact on the relationship between learning motivation and career intention.
