不同負重及鞋墊厚度對步態參數之影響

Effects of different loading weight and insole thickness on gait parameters

摘要


目的:探討不同負重(沒有負重與體重10%)及鞋墊厚度(一層鞋墊與兩層鞋墊)下,對人體下肢動力學及運動學之影響。方法:本實驗招收14位有運動習慣之大學生(身高161.6±6.2公分、體重51.7±8.3公斤、年齡21±2歲),透過動態動作分析系統及測力板擷取走路、慢跑及快跑之動作表現,比較不同負重及鞋墊厚度對步態參數之影響。本研究使用重複量數二因子變異數分析進行統計分析,顯著水準訂為α = .05。結果:走路時之第一主動力、最大力量、衝擊力會隨著負重增加而增加,在慢跑時之髖關節角度及衝擊力會隨著負重增加而增加,在快跑時之踝關節角度,會隨著負重增加而減少。結論:在增加負重會增加下肢動力學的負荷,進而影響下肢運動學,而增加鞋墊厚度可以有效降低下肢衝擊力,已達到減少運動傷害之風險。

Purpose: To investigate the effects of different weights (0% and 10% body weight) and insole thickness (one layer and two layers of insole respectively) on human lower limb dynamics and kinematics. Methods: This study recruit 14 college students with exercise habits (height 161.6±6.2, weight 51.7±8.3, age 21±2). Using motion analysis system and force plate to snag walking, jogging and running motion performance in order to compare the effects of different loading weight and insole thickness on gait parameters. The study was conducted by using two way ANOVA to perform statistical analysis (α = .05). Result: The first active peak, maximum force, and impact force in the walking section increased by ratchet the load up. During jogging, the hip angle and impact force will increase follow by heavier the load. As for running, the ankle angle decreased as the load increase. Conclusion: Increasing the load will increase the workload on the lower limb dynamics, which then further affects the lower extremity kinematics. On the other hand, however, increasing the thickness of the insole can not only effectively reduce the impact on lower extremity but also reduce the risk of injuries.
