本論文的研究設計目的是以在高雄市內門區的一個農地基地上,進行貨櫃住宅屋的實際規劃設計案,導入綠建築的指標需求,使這個貨櫃屋住宅環境是一個宜人宜居的住宅。 本研究對貨櫃再利用於可宜居住宅進行設計規劃研究,歐美日等先進國家,已將貨櫃開發應用於住宅辦公室教室等,目前台灣貨櫃的再利用多為檳榔攤販、工寮、工具材料間、警衛室、車庫…等用途,較少有利用為居室住宅之用途。貨櫃是效率極高的航運產品,若因淘汰的機制而不能做運輸使用,但還是有一定的強度與再利用的機會。把淘汰貨櫃再利用的概念,是符合綠建築指標節能減廢的精神。 貨櫃屋住宅是已具抗震、抗颱結構,而在防水、隔熱、節能、環保方面亦可加強及具備。貨櫃屋住宅的使用除了材質上堅固耐用外放置在海邊也可防海水侵蝕及方便折疊堆積,價格上也相較其他建築材質便宜,加上櫃體本身機動性強,也方便板拆遷移。
This thesis has made the research on reusing the container into a livable house. Some developed countries such as European countries, the United States of America and Japan are using containers as houses, offices or classrooms, etc. And in Taiwan, containers are mostly used for the stand which sells betel, workmen's shack, storage space, guardhouse or garage, etc. They are rarely used for the purposes of residential housings. The container house which has been researched in this study has the features of aseismic construction and the structure that can against typhoons, and it also has the features of waterproof, heat insulation, energy saving and environmental protection. The material of the container house is not only firm and solid, but also can prevent the erosion of beaches. And it is easy to be folding and stacking at the seaside, and the price is much lower than other construction materials. The cabinet itself is also very mobile, and it is convenient for board and removal. This research is based on an agricultural land in Naimen, Kaohsiung City. It is a practical planning and design case for a container house, which can introduce the designation requirements of green buildings into this design case, which can make the container house into a pleasant and livable home.
