美甲從業人員職業專門職能之分析

本研究目的主要探討美甲從業人員的職業專門職能包括職業專門知識、職業專門技術、職業專門要求與條件、管理職能等四大項內容，並探究職業訓練課程之內容，採用職能分析方法之一般調查法進行21位專家問卷以及3位專家半結構式質性訪談，以模糊德菲法進行統計分析，其身分分別為美甲從業人員、美甲廠商、美甲講師、大專業師、美甲評審、救國團授課講師、職訓授課業師。　　研究結果如下：一、職業專門知識共10項。二、職業專門技能共6大項，32小項。三、職業專門要求或條件：沒有學歷限制，經歷需1-2年，需受過美甲專業研習課程訓練，非美容相關科系畢業也可從事美甲產業，應考取台灣工會之美甲初、中、高級證照。四、美甲師的管理職能共14項。　　本研究論文以美甲從業人員之職能分析給予美甲師、未來美甲從業人員、美甲講師、職業訓練機構、美甲證照考照單位、未來的研究者及沙龍招募徵選可供參考規劃課程或提升自我的技術技能。

This study examined the occupational competency (including profession-specific knowledge, skills, requirements as well as prerequisites, and management competence) among the manicure-related staff and probed into the contents of occupational training courses. With the survey method adopted for data collection, 21 experts completed an expert questionnaire and three experts received semi-structured in-depth interview. The Fuzzy Delphi Method was employed for data analysis. The participants were divided into manicurists, manicure suppliers, manicure lecturers, university instructors, manicure judges, instructors of Lifelong Learning Centers, and instructors of professional training courses. The results were as follows: 1. Profession-specific knowledge included 10 areas. 2. Professional skills covered six major aspects, subdivided into 32 items. 3. Requirements and prerequisites: No educational background is required. Relevant experiences of a year or two, training of manicure courses are needed. Those who do not take major in cosmetology could also be engaged in the manicure industry. Basic, intermediate, and advanced certificates issued by unions in Taiwan are required. 　　Based on the analysis of occupational competence of manicure-related staff, this study provides suggestions on course arrangement and skill enhancement for manicurists, future manicure-related staff, manicure lecturers, occupational training institutes, manicure certificate units, future researchers, and saloon recruitment.
