本研究主要在探討如何建置並完成完成區域教學醫院教學評量電腦系統之系統分析、程式設計與撰寫、以及系統畫面規劃。教學評量系統基於教學醫院對教學課程建立設計機制與教學品保系統之需求,依據醫院初期在放射科與醫檢部兩單位所使用之表格,結合職能分析下,建立教學課程設計系統;系統主要針對醫事人員開課、教學、與銜接職能之系統性建置與相對評量系統之配合。本研究針對A醫院之檢驗科與放射科為先導實施單位,建立規劃、設計、評量及落差分析,結合現有制度,最終建立職能導向開課暨教學課程簡易評量資訊系統,藉以獲取無紙化、線上評量、即時統計與分析、訊息傳遞與管理決策之效益與需求。系統建立可提昇區域教學醫院A醫院為精進醫療人員在技術職能與職務的確實執行,同時建立教學品保系統之需求。
This study is mainly explores how to build and complete the system analysis, programming and writing, and system screen planning of the regional teaching hospital teaching evaluation computer system.
