VR體驗與教學課程設計之研究-以餐旅資訊系統及實習課程為例

摘要


在科技逐漸普及的現代,電玩遊戲幾乎成為學生的日常,與此同時,人們逐漸開始追求更多聲光刺激,沉浸式設備VR虛擬實境因應而生,它帶著人們進入全新的世界,並體驗過去可能不曾或難以體驗的事物,而學生們也逐漸被更多電子產品轉移他們學習的焦點。 為了提高學生對於學習的興趣及成效,本研究目的為開發以餐旅服務融入VR虛擬實境的遊戲教材結合課程設計,並整理開發過程中遇到的問題,最後選擇屏東科技大學餐旅系餐旅資訊系統及實習課程(簡稱餐資課)學生,進行遊戲式學習,在使用前後測試其學習評量結果是否有差異。 本研究將採用「行動研究」結合「設計科學」兩大理論發展為研究流程,並且採用擁有較多資源可供使用的Unity遊戲開發引擎作為教材主要開發工具。研究過程邀請業界專家組成開發團隊,參考行動研究進行反復開發、測試、檢討,完成後,依據學習成效試題成績選取最高分及最低分同學進行訪談,並於全班發放體驗後問卷,蒐集教材相關使用感想及回饋。 本研究之研究結果,成功開發將餐旅服務融入VR虛擬實境之遊戲教材,並分為小米VR2眼鏡及HTC Vive兩個版本,全部共有飯店Check-in、飯店Check-out及兩種飯店餐廳接待4種劇情,共47種不同服務劇情及突發狀況,並整理出過程中遭遇的問題,例如團隊間的溝通;最後學生於使用後學習評量對比使用前學習評量有顯著的進步。

In the modern age of technology, video games have become a part of daily life for students. At the same time, people are pursuing more excitement. Immersive equipment, virtual reality, was born. It guides people to a whole new world, and experience more like never before. Students are also shifting their focus to these electronics. To increase students’ interest in learning and learning outcome. The purpose of this research is develop a teaching module that integrates hospitality services with virtual reality. Combine with course design. And sort out problems from development. Finally, analyzing students’ learning outcome before use game-based learning and after. This research will use "action research" and "design science" to develop the research process. Use the Unity game development engine with more resources as the main development tool. We invite industrial experts to form a development team. Refer to action research, we had repeated develop, test, and review again and over again. After the development was completed, select the highest and lowest scores from test of learning outcome. Interview with the students. And hold a questionnaire test throughout the class to collect feedback on use of teaching module. The results of this research. Developed a teaching module that integrates hospitality services with virtual reality. And divided into Xiaomi VR2 glasses and HTC Vive two versions. There are 4 scenes of teaching module, hotel check-in, hotel check-out and two versions of restaurant service, 47 different kinds of service plots and emergency events. And sort out problems from development (e.g., problem of teamwork). At last, students’ learning outcome after use the teaching module become better than before.
