以溶膠-凝膠法製備鋯摻雜二氧化鈦光降解亞甲基藍之研究

摘要


染整廢水的染料是近年來的水污染議題,如果處理不慎,將會大幅影響河川的自淨功能,造成嚴重的環境污染問題,光催化氧化程序是一種具有潛力的高級氧化程序之一,最常使用的光觸媒材料為二氧化鈦,因為二氧化鈦成本低、無毒性及較強的氧化能力。因此本研究使用溶膠-凝膠法合成鋯/二氧化鈦,並設定不同製備參數,如:不同鋯複合比例(0%、0.05%、0.1%、0.30%、0.5%、0.7%、0.9%)以及不同鍛燒溫度(400、500、600oC),並使用SEM、TEM、EDS、XRD、BET、 DRS分析自製的光觸媒粉末。透過在不同光源(可見光、氙燈、自然日光)照射亞甲基藍,以評估Zr/TiO2的光催化效率,結果顯示,在鍛燒溫度500oC以及摻雜量為0.05%的Zr/TiO2,在自然日光照射下有最好的光催化效果,在四個小時後降解率為99%,最後進行重複性試驗,在第四次使用後效果仍然有88%,代表具有可重複循環利用性的價值,PCBs之毒性降解試驗抑制率,從93.5%經過四個小時試驗後,下降至79.6%。

Dyeing and dyeing wastewater is an important topic of water pollution in recent years. If the wastewater is not handled carefully, it will greatly affect the self-purification function of the river and cause serious environmental pollution problems. The photocatalytic oxidation process is one of the potential advanced oxidation processes. The commonly used photocatalyst material is titanium dioxide because titanium dioxide has low cost, non-toxicity and strong oxidizing ability. Therefore, this study used the sol-gel method to synthesize zirconium / titania with different preparation parameters, such as: different zirconium compound ratios (0%, 0.05%, 0.1%, 0.30%, 0.5%, 0.7%, 0.9%), different calcination temperature (400, 500, 600oC), and using SEM, TEM, EDS, XRD, BET, DRS to analyze self-made photocatalyst powder. The photocatalytic efficiency of Zr / TiO2 was evaluated by irradiating methylene blue in different light sources (visible light, xenon lamp, and natural sunlight). The results showed that Zr / TiO2 at a calcination temperature of 500oC and a doping amount of 0.05% had the best photocatalytic effect. The degradation rate is 99% after four hours.The druability effect is still 88% after the fourth usage, representing the good recyclability. Toxicity degradation of PCBs showed the inhibition rate dropped from 93.5% to 79.6% after four hours of testing.
