虛擬實境技術應用於材質分揀與加工系統

摘要


以前台灣的工業生產與發展基本是由眾多的人力與勞力來堆積而成,隨著工業時代的進步,現今台灣人口逐年遞減,所以台灣必須發展新型態的工業,而這種新型態也是全世界工業的趨勢,就是人工智慧AI(Artificial Intelligence)與VR(Virtual Reality)技術,本論文利用虛擬畫面來營造現實環境,利用虛擬實境模擬材質分揀與加工系統,並利用虛擬按鍵同時遠端監控實體機台,達到人員不必在機台旁邊控制機台,降低人員在危險的環境中工作造成工安意外的機率。本研究流程,首先將實體機台機構與邏輯控制系統利用SolidWorks繪圖軟體建立機台模型,再匯入美工軟體3Ds MAX 進行區塊分色,使其與機台顏色一致,以免造成實體機台與虛擬建模有落差導致辨識錯誤,分色結束後進行轉檔,以便匯入虛擬實境EON Studio使用,使用EON匯入在3Ds MAX的建模後開始建置機構動作流程,讓在之後的人機介面中一樣可以看到與實體機台一樣的動作流程,藉此達到虛擬實境應用之目的。可以讓原本必須站在機台旁操作的人員能夠遠端操控並同時監測機台,亦可在實機操作前先進行模擬,降低成本與時間,人機介面傳輸的訊號由FX-232AWC傳輸線轉換訊號給可程式控制器(PLC),進行實機控制與虛擬畫面同步進行之目標。

In the past, Taiwan’s industrial production and development were basically accumulated by a large number of human and labor forces. With the progress of the industrial era, Taiwan’s population is decreasing every year, so Taiwan must develop a new type of industry, and this new state is also The world's industrial trends are artificial intelligence (Artificial Intelligence) and VR (Virtual Reality) technologies. In this paper, virtual screens are used to create a realistic environment, virtual reality is used to simulate material sorting and processing systems, and virtual buttons are used. At the same time, the physical machine is controlled remotely, so that the personnel do not have to control the machine beside the machine, which reduces the probability of accidents caused by work safety in the dangerous environment. In this research process, the physical machine mechanism and logic control system are first built with SolidWorks drawing software to create a machine model, and then imported into the art software 3Ds MAX for block color separation to make it consistent with the machine color, so as not to cause the physical machine and There is a gap in the virtual modeling, which leads to recognition errors. After the color separation is completed, the file is converted for import into the virtual reality EON Studio. Use EON to import and start the process of building the mechanism after modeling in 3Ds MAX. The same action flow as the physical machine can be seen in the human-machine interface, so as to achieve the purpose of virtual reality application. It can allow the personnel who had to stand by the machine to remotely control and monitor the machine at the same time, and can also simulate before the actual machine operation to reduce cost and time. The signal is given to the programmable controller(PLC) for real-machine control and virtual screen synchronization.
