台灣豬肉產業在「後口蹄疫」時代可望出口全世界,豬肉出口相關業者必須迅速調整整體策略,才能具有出口競爭力;本研究欲了解台灣豬肉出口外銷之關鍵因素,應用文獻探討法找出台灣豬肉產業出口的五大構面及23項子因素,並利用「層級分析法」(AHP)排列出優先順序。結果顯示,台灣豬肉出口產品關鍵因素依序為「台灣豬肉的產業競爭力」、「進口商的需求」、「台灣豬肉生產技術」、「政府出口政策與法規」、「出口商的利益」等五大因素,及既有廠商的競爭力、價格因素、產品安全認證等等子因素,建議上游業者提升飼養效率,中游業者應注意屠宰效率以降低成本,下游業者應注意多元加工及冷鏈運輸,農政機關應採取更嚴格的防檢疫措施及降低出口關稅,以利台灣豬肉產品的外銷出口競爭力。
Taiwan’s pork exports and apply the literature research method to find out Taiwan The five dimensions and 23 sub-factors of the pork industry’s export are prioritized using the "Analysis of Hierarchy"(AHP). The results show that the key factors of Taiwan's pork export products are "industrial competitiveness of Taiwan's pork", "importers' needs", "Taiwan pork production technology", "government export policies and regulations", "exporters' interests", etc. The five major factors, as well as the competitiveness of existing manufacturers, price factors, product safety certification, and other sub-factors, it is recommended that upstream companies improve breeding efficiency, midstream companies should pay attention to slaughter efficiency to reduce costs, and downstream companies should pay attention to diversified processing and cold chain transportation. The agricultural d authorities should adopt stricter quarantine measures and lower export tariffs to facilitate the export competitiveness of Taiwan’s pork products.
