連續製程的最佳效率排程方法研究-以化工生產為例

摘要


排程同時包括工作和資源的時程安排,所以如何將有限資源做最有效率使用,是管理者在排程時所需考慮的問題,而排程結果將影響組織競爭力與獲利能力。本文研究的案例公司為化學材料公司,在排程規劃過程中除了會考慮船期、客戶需求、實際情況外,會因其行業特殊性多加考慮相溶性這項因素,由於案例公司生產產品眾多,因此在比對產品間相溶性上需要花費許多時間找尋配對。本研究為幫助生管人員在排單時只需輸入要生產之產品,即可快速得出可行排程,以及預測沒有相溶性資訊的產品間有可能相溶的機率,以減少生管人員查資料的時間,並減少生產前需花費在檢測產品間的相溶性上面的時間,本研究設計排程程式,讓生管人員可以透過程式簡單的輸入要生產的產品,即可得到所有可行排程,若無可行排程,也提供潛在可行排程,並建立決策樹預測模型預測潛在可行排程為可行程排程的機率,以提升生管人員排程工作效率。

Production scheduling includes the arrangement of tasks and allocation of resources. For a manager, the efficient use of limited resources therefore needs to be considered for scheduling, the result of which shall affect the organization’s competitiveness and profitability. This paper is a case study of a chemical materials supplier, whose scheduling needs to take into account the shipping schedule, client needs, actual circumstances, and the industry-specific factor of miscibility. The company’s diverse portfolio of products means that more time is needed to match products regarding their miscibility. The goal of this study is to help production controllers promptly obtain feasible schedules and predict the miscibility between different products without miscibility information by simply entering the products to be produced, thus reducing the time spent by production controllers on looking up information and testing product miscibility before production. The result of this study is a production scheduling software designed to let production controllers obtain all feasible schedules by simply entering the products to be produced. If no feasible schedule is available, the software provides potentially feasible schedules and creates a decision tree to predict the probability of potentially feasible schedules becoming feasible, so as to improve the efficiency of production scheduling by production controllers.
