本研究旨探討影像示範與APP教學融入十二經絡結合芳香療法的職訓課程中,對於學員訓練成效之影響。本研究採用個案研究法、訪談、觀察與問卷調查,依據研究目的以術科測試、滿意度量表及半結構式訪談收集資料加以分析。 本研究結論如下: 壹、課程設計與實施 本研究者設計一套48個小時分為六週的課程,將影像示範與APP教學融入在12經絡結合芳香療法職訓課程中,運用芳香療法與12經絡的APP與12經絡網站連結理論,互相搭配輔助教學,將理論課程深化且學員可以隨時隨地查詢學習。在技術的部分,搭配運用影像示範,由講師親自示範每個步驟並拍攝成影片,提供QR Code給學生觀看影片,再於課堂上實際一個一個的步驟示範教學,課堂中也播放影片提醒重點,讓學員回去可以隨時觀看練習,達到技術熟能生巧。 貳、訓練成效 由滿意度調查結果發現,學員問卷都達到4分以上(五點量表),顯示學員對影像示範與APP教學融入12經絡結合芳香療法的職訓課程都達到中高程度的滿意。在學習過程中,學員們之間相互合作學習,學員在術科測試成績都達到76分以上,符合合格資格,在技術上學員都能熟練其技術,也願意運用在職場及教學上。 經由訪談的結果,學員認為運用影像示範與APP教學對於他們學習都很有幫助,效果非常明顯,可以靈活運用在職場及教學,工作室的療程也可以增加品項,效果非常好,有達到訓練成效,在課程完成後還可以反覆重複的觀看及練習,持續自我精進,不會訓練完成後有所忘記及遺漏,整體來說訓練成效良好。 關鍵字:芳香療法、十二經絡、影像示範教學、APP教學、訓練成效
This study aimed to explore the effect of video demonstration and APP instruction on students’ training effectiveness of vocational training curriculum of twelve energy channels (in Chinese medicine) and aromatherapy. It adopted case study, interview, observation and questionnaire survey. According to research purposes, it collected data by technical test, the questionnaire of satisfaction and semi-structural interview for further analysis. The conclusion of this study is as follows: I. Curriculum design and practice The researcher designed a curriculum of 48 hours in six weeks and integrated video demonstration and APP instruction in vocational training curriculum of twelve energy channels (in Chinese medicine) and aromatherapy. APPs of aromatherapy and the website of Twelve Energy Channels (in Chinese Medicine) were applied in teaching. The students could learn at any time and in any place. As for the technical part, by video demonstration, the lecturer demonstrated and filmed each step. The students could watch the videos by QR Code. Subsequently, the steps were demonstrated and videos were played in class. Students could watch the videos at home at any time to practice the techniques. II. Training outcome According to the result of the satisfaction survey, the students’ questionnaires showed at least 4 points (5-point scale) for this course. It indicated that their satisfaction with video demonstration and APP instruction was medium and high. In the learning process, the students cooperated with and learned from each other and the scores of their technical test were at least 76. They were qualified and familiar with the skills which they would apply in the workplace and teaching. According to the results of interview, the students suggested that video demonstration and APP instruction were effective and helpful for their learning. They could flexibly use the skills in the workplace and increased the options of therapy in their studios. The training outcome was significant. After accomplishing the courses, they could repetitively watch the videos and constantly improve their skills instead of missing the points after training.
