木質容器製造業導入單件流程生產之應用-以Y公司為例

摘要


現今對於外銷出口的需求上升,進而造成出口木質包裝材的需求也不斷增加,因此對木質容器製造廠而言,必需提高生產效率,以滿足客戶需求。本研究針對個案公司條式木箱之組裝線導入單件流程之進行產線規劃,考慮木箱組裝的作業順序、各個工作站的作業時間及完成各項作業所需之資源,將原始產線資料進行收集與分析,得出產線需改善之問題,通過壓低製程的變異,得出穩定後之生產線,並以此產線導入單件流程進行生產,目的為減少生產等待時間、縮短生產週期、減少在製品的存量與減少生產所使用之空間,以提高生產效率,同時提高產線遇到緊急訂單時對於訂單切換的靈活度。

Demand for wood packaging materials is increasing owing to the rising export demand; therefore, wood container manufacturers must improve their production efficiency to meet customer needs. Herein, we plan a production line by introducing a one-piece flow into the wooden crate assembly line of a company. We collect and analyze the original production line data considering the assembly sequence of wooden crates, operating time of each workstation, and resources needed for each operation and determine problems that need to be addressed in the production line. Reducing the variation in the process, we can obtain a stable production line and introduce the one-piece flow into the line, thereby reducing the production waiting time, shortening the production cycle, reducing the stock of work-in-process and the space needed for production, and finally improving the production efficiency as well as the flexibility in the order switching of the production line for urgent orders.
