摘要 學號:N10364012 論文名稱:TABATA介入體育教學對軍校生障礙超越成效之探討 總頁數:67頁 學校名稱:國立屏東科技大學 系(所)別:休閒運動健康系 畢業年月:2018 年6月 學位別:碩士學位論文 研究生:鄭琪維 指導教授:吳柏翰 博士 論文摘要內容: 本研究主要探討運用TABATA訓練法介入軍校生在體育課程上,對於五百公尺障礙超越的成效。實驗方法分別為對照組與實驗組,每組為10個人。實驗內容分別是伏地挺身、仰臥起坐、引體向上(單槓)與蹲跳,每個動作20秒,休息10秒,4個動作完成為2分鐘,反覆循環共4組,時間為期8週,每週2次,共計16次。研究結果顯示,在前測時,對照組平均230秒,實驗組平均228秒;後測時,對照組未導入TABATA訓練平均238秒,實驗組導入TABATA訓練平均204秒。在改變值為實驗組導入TABATA高於對照組23.4>8.2,改變比率為10.25%>3.56%。因此,藉由TABATA訓練導入可以提升軍校生五百障礙的成績速度;在未來,可以將TABATA訓練方式運用在國軍各項單位,提升國軍與軍校生的基本體能,達到強化的目的。 關鍵字:TABATA、循環訓練、軍校生、五百障礙

The test methods were the control group and the test group, with 10 individuals in each group. The contents of the experiment were push-ups, sit-ups, chin-ups (horizontal bars) and jumps. Each action was 20 seconds, rest was 10 seconds, 4 actions were completed in 2 minutes, and 4 cycles were repeated. The duration was 8 weeks, 2 times a week for a total of 16 times. The results showed that in the pretest, the control group averaged 230 seconds and the test group averaged 228 seconds. At the time of the posttest, the control group did not receive TABATA training for an average of 238 seconds and the test group introduced TABATA training for an average of 204 seconds. In the change group, TABATA was introduced into the test group higher than the control group (23.4>8.2) and the change rate was 10.25%>3.56%. Therefore, the introduction of TABATA training can speed up the achievement rate of the obstacles cross of the military school. In the future, the TABATA training mode can be applied to various units of the national army to enhance the basic physical fitness of the national army and the military school students and achieve the purpose of reinforcement.
