國中運動代表隊選手成就動機、社會支持對運動生涯持續性發展意圖之研究

摘 要 摘要 學號:N10564013 論文名稱:國中運動代表隊選手成就動機、社會支持對運動生涯持續性發展意圖之研究 總頁數:134頁 學校名稱:國立屏東科技大學 系(所)別:休閒運動健康系 口試時間及摘要別:106學年度第2學期碩士學位論文摘要 研究生:廖羿雅 指導教授:馬上閔 博士 蘇蕙芬 博士 論文摘要: 本研究目的旨在探討國中運動代表隊選手成就動機、社會支持與運動生涯持續性發展意圖。以問卷調查方式於屏東地區國民中學之運動代表隊選手為研究對象,採立意抽樣方式發放650份問卷,回收且有效問卷579份,回收有效率89.08%。利用SPSS 18.0 for Windows進行資料分析,透過描述性統計、皮爾森積差相關及多元階層迴歸分析等統計方法進行分析。研究結果如下:一、成就動機與社會支持呈顯著正相關;二、成就動機與運動生涯持續性發展以「個人技巧精熟」相關性最高;三、社會支持與運動生涯持續性發展以「資訊支持」相關度最高,「隊友支持」次之;四、成就動機與社會支持對運動生涯發展決策及運動生涯探索以「個人技巧精熟」構面預測權重最高。以研究結果對學校、教練及家長各別予以建議,其中研究結果顯示「個人技巧精熟」和「資訊支持」是國中運動代表隊選手的重要關鍵;對教練之建議:如何提升選手們的運動技能,讓選手彼此之間良性競爭並且營造一個可雙向溝通的環境。故建議教練可採用多元化的訓練方式,讓國中階段的選手們對於訓練樂在其中,也更多元性發展並且提供選手們運動相關的發展資訊,讓他們更清楚繼續發展運動生涯之路是寛廣的。 關鍵詞:運動代表隊、成就動機、社會支持、運動生涯

Degree Conferred: Master Degree Name of Student: I -Ya Liao Advisor: Shang-Min Ma Co-Advisor: Huey-Fen Su Abstract: The purpose of this study were to explore the relationships among the athletic team in sports achievement motivation, social support and the continued development of the athletic career's intent.The questionnaires were sent out to athletic team who study for junior high school in Pingtung County. A total of 650 questionnaires were distributed, of which 579 were valid and the effective rate is 89.08%. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis, Pearson product-moment correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 18.0 for Windows. The results were as follows: (a) the sport achievement motivation has significant correlation with the related to society support. (b) the sport achievement motivation has significant correlation with the related to the continued development of the athletic career's intent. Notably, the correlation of the increase in individual sport skill is highest. (c) the the social support has significant correlation with the related to the continued development of the athletic career's intent. Notably, the correlation of the information support is highest and the teammate is secondly. (d) the sports achievement motivation and social support could significantly predict the athletic career's intent and the athletic career's decision. Notably, the dimention of individual sport skill has the most significant predicting power. Based on the research findings, suggestions are made for schools, coaches and parents, respectively. The results show that "personal skills mastery" and "information support" are the key to athletic players. Coaches should improve athletes’ skills, construct a positive dynamic interaction among athletes, and create a two-way communication environment between coaches and athletes. Therefore, it is suggested that coaches can adopt a variety of training methods, so that the players have more intesting in training, but also more diverse development. To clarify athletes’ sport career, schools and coaches should provide athletes with the most updated sport-related information in a consistent manner.
