高雄地區護理人員休閒倫理素養之調查

本研究目的在探討高雄地區護理人員在休閒倫理素養具備之現況。研究範圍以高雄地區作為調查地區，以護理人員作為調查對象。以立意取樣方式發放問卷，回收有效問卷為330份，回收率達94.3％，並以SPSS 19.0 進行人口背景變項之分析。研究結果顯示：一、研究樣本的年齡介於21-40歲之間、已婚者、護理師、專科教育程度、月收入以30001-40000元為主。二、高雄地區護理人員在休閒倫理素養具備程度最高為「禁止行為」構面，最低為「鼓勵行為」構面。三、建議政府或行政單位，多宣導鼓勵行為構面相關知識，並鼓勵護理人員多參與休閒活動，以期落實「鼓勵行為」於生活之中。

This study aims to explore nursing staffs’ leisure ethic-literacy in Kaohsiung .This study used a method of sampling to issue questionnaires. The nursing staffs in Kaohsiung were chosen as the research participants. The total of 330 valid questionnaires (94%) were collected and analyzed by SPSS 19.0. The research findings were(1) The majority of the nursing staffs were aged between 21and 40, married, nursing teacher with college education, and monthly income between 30001 and 40000 NT dollars.(2) The leisure ethic of nursing staffs, the highest degree of leisure ethic was forbidden behavior , and the lowest degree was encourage behavior.(3) It is recommended that the government or administrative units should publicize knowledge about encourage behaviors and encourage nursing staffs to participate in leisure activities in order to implement “encourage behavior” in life.
