本論文是探討國興畜產公司以企業化經營模式飼養豬隻,現今國內肉品市場已呈現飽和狀態,而國民環保意識的抬頭,政府對畜產業要求逐漸嚴格,以及原物料受到國際價格的波動影響影響成本,經營畜牧場跟以往相比困難許多,本研究針對國興畜產公司畜產處未來飼養經營個案之研究,探討國興畜產公司畜產處經營可行的策略。 先利用SWOT 分析,開始對國興畜產公司初步進行分析,找出國興畜產之優勢、劣勢、機會與威脅。在進行五力分析幫助管理階層了解對養豬產業所處環境之情況。 國興畜產畜產處經營策略競爭策略有三個,分別為成本領導策略,採差異化生產策略,拓展海外據點策略提出建議執行方案供國興畜產畜產處參考。 本研究對國興畜產公司畜產品經營管理提出建議如下:1.自有品牌經營、2.提升改良豬源品質經營、3.通路行銷經營。
This paper discusses the Guoxing Livestock Co., Ltd. raising pigs in an enterprise management mode. Nowadays, the domestic meat market has become saturated, and the rise of national environmental awareness, the government's requirements for the livestock industry are gradually stricter, and raw materials are subject to fluctuations in international prices. Affecting the cost and affecting the management of livestock farms is much more difficult than in the past. This study focuses on the case studies of the future breeding operations of the animal husbandry department of Guoxing Animal Products Company, and discusses the feasible strategies for the operation of the animal husbandry department of Guoxing Animal Products Company. First use SWOT analysis to start a preliminary analysis of Guoxing Livestock Co., Ltd. to find out the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of Guoxing Livestock. Conducting a five-force analysis to help management understand the environment of the pig industry. There are three business strategy competition strategies of Guoxing Livestock and Animal Husbandry Department. They are cost leadership strategy, differentiated production strategy, and expansion of overseas stronghold strategies. Suggested implementation plans are provided for the reference of Guoxing Livestock and Animal Husbandry Department. This study puts forward the following suggestions for the management of livestock products of Guoxing Livestock Co., Ltd.: 1. Own brand management, 2. Improved pig source quality management, and 3. Channel marketing management.
