本研究目的旨在探討不同背景變項對於中高齡素食者身體組成影響分析之研究。以身體組成分析儀Inbody 270評估屏東地區中高齡素食者32位,中高齡非素食者31位。回收資料透過SPSS 18.0進行資料分析,主要以獨立樣本t考驗、獨立樣本單因子變異數分析進行統計分析。研究結果顯示:1.每周不同運動次數在身體組成之體脂肪重呈顯著差異;2.不同運動種類在體脂率呈顯著差異;3.茹素與否在身體組成之體脂肪重、腰圍、腰臀圍比呈顯著差異。4.研究結果發現,素食者身體組成之體脂肪重、腰圍、腰臀圍比皆低於非素食者。根據本研究結果,了解不同背景變項中高齡素食者身體組成之影響。建議未來可以增加研究對象數量與身體適能之探討。
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of different background variables on the body composition of middle-aged and elderly vegetarians. 32 middle-aged vegetarians and 31 middle-aged non-vegetarians in Pingtung were evaluated by Inbody 270. Data were analyzed with one-way ANOVA and independent t test in SPSS 18.0. The results of the study showed that: 1. The weekly exercise frequency will affect the body fat weight of the body composition; 2.The type of exercise will affect the body fat percentage; 3. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian have significant differences in body fat weight, waist circumference, and waist-to-hip ratio. 4. The results of the study found that the body fat weight, waist circumference, waist and hip circumference of vegetarians are lower than non-vegetarians. The results of this study found the influence of different background variables on the body composition of middle-aged and elderly vegetarians. In the future, the number of research subjects and related functional fitness can be increased.
