臺灣農特產品包裝設計準則之研究

摘要


農產品翻轉成農特產品的關鍵在於包裝和行銷策略運用,現今包裝不再只是單純的原始計價計量功能,必須完整的包裝創意思維及行銷手法,才能在眾多農特產品中脫穎而出。 本研究應用文獻探討法找出農產品包裝設計準則的五大構面及21項子因素,並利用「層級分析法」列出優先順序。結果顯示,台灣農產品包裝設計準則依序為「產品屬性需求」、「行銷操作」、「包裝功能屬性」、「包裝理念訴求」、「產品訊息揭露」等五大因素,及產品外觀、目標消費者的需求、產品有特殊性需求等等子因素,建議相關包裝設計業者首要從產品端的產品外觀及配合有產品搭配需求及品牌形象塑造準則設計產品,再來重視消費端的目標消費者需求及保護產品包裝之功能目標。

The key to the formation of special agricultural products by fireflies lies in packaging and marketing strategies. Nowadays, packaging is no longer simple and original pricing function, packaging creativity and marketing promotion can play a role in agricultural special products. This research applies the research exploratory method to explore the large dimensions and 21 sub-elements of agricultural product packaging design principles, and uses the "level analysis method" priority order. "product properties", "Operation", "Packaging function attributes", "Packaging concept appeal", "Product information promotion" and many other factors, as well as sub-factors such as product appearance, target consumer needs, product specific needs, etc., suggest related packaging The design industry first chooses to design products from the product appearance and supporting product accessories and brand image to experience the target consumer needs of the consumer end and protect the functional goals of product packaging.
