以科技接受模式評估長照醫療整合系統

本研究以科技接受模式為基礎，期望藉由分析長照醫療整合系統的現況、使用度及其方便性，研究構面從五個構面設計，以提供相關長照單位及長照醫療資源使用者為對象，共蒐集411份問卷，有效問卷411份，主要結果分析為：(1)長照醫療整合系統的主要使用者以 31～40 歲之男性服務業居多，且有高達55.2%；(2）在平均數差異性方面，研究生以上使用者的評價高於其他的使用者，每週使用次數均座落在低於5次，年收入70萬以上使用者高於其他收入使用者，使用誘因以服務方便性居冠；( 3）長照醫療整合系統科技接受模式之驗證－「認知易用性」對「認知有用性」有顯著的正向影響；「認知有用性」及「認知易用性」對「使用態度」有顯著的正向影響；「認知有用性」、「使用態度」對「行為意圖」有顯著的正向影響；「行為意圖」對「實際使用」有顯著的正向影響；結果均支持本研究架構。關鍵字：長照醫療整合系統、科技接受模式、正向影響

Based on the technology acceptance model, this study aims to analyze the long-term care integrated system's current performance, usability, and convenience. The study structure was designed from five dimensions, and the target population included relevant long-term care units and users of long-term care medical resources. A total of 411 questionnaires were collected, with 411 valid ones. The main findings are: (1) Male aged 31 to 40 who work in the service industry are the main users of the integrated long-term care system, with a high rate of 55.2%. (2) In terms of average variability, the users with college degrees have higher ratings than other users. Users with an annual income above NT$700,000 who use the service fewer than 5 times per week have higher ratings than other users. The convenience of service was the most important incentive to use. (3) The test of technology acceptance model of the Long Term Care Medical Information System - "cognitive ease of use" has a significant positive impact on "cognitive usefulness." "Cognitive usefulness" and "cognitive ease of use" have a significant positive effect on "usage attitude". "Cognitive usefulness" and "usage attitude" have a significant positive effect on "usage intention". The results support the framework of this study.
