畜牧場轉型休閒農場可行性之研究─以馬來西亞波拉邦肉牛畜牧場農場為例

本研究目的在分析馬來西亞霹靂州宋溪鎮、波拉邦畜牧養牛場，所做的評估報告，以便將畜牧場轉型休閒農場做可行性分析研究，通過深度的參訪及訪談多位專業對象，採用陳念南(2002)由投資角度評估及整理出的一套作業系統。在這系統中包括投資形成流程、投資可行性評估、項目及報告投資作業系統，提出以投資為重心，區分為五個可行性分析面向，從市場面；技術面、環境面、財務面和效益及風險面，而建立損益評估和假設條件，計算營運現金流入，計算經濟效益風險及風險管理分析，來整合所有存在的投資風險因素，提供願意從事畜牧養牛場轉型休閒農場的一份有價值和低風險的投資計畫參考。通過五個面向的分析，加上畜牧場公司在組織結構上做了一些調整，波拉邦畜牧養牛場轉型休閒農場是可行的，也就是通過這些可行性分析，總結證明，可以達成轉型休閒農場的最後目標。
