摘要

動物保健業在馬來西亞經濟發展過程中，雖然有不錯的成績，對畜牧行業也有重要的貢獻。但隨著國家經濟成長以及全球化的今天，在市場日益開放、畜牧業朝向高科技蓬勃發展的衝擊下，使得過去動物保健業引以為傲的低成本、高品質等傳統優勢，日益流失。為了生存及提高競爭能力，唯一方法只有轉型，才能存續經營。
本研究採取個案研究法，以動物保健為事業主體達46年以上之SCC公司為例，蒐集組織內部所擁有的資源與所面臨的外在環境等相關資料，運用SWOT、STEEPLE以及80/20法則分析以建構公司之優勢策略。研究結果可供SCC公司做為改善公司體質，提昇競爭力，進而永續發展之營運參考。

In the history of Malaysia's economic development, the animal health industry has made a significant contribution to the livestock industry. However, facing the economic growth and globalization, the market is increasingly opening up and the high-tech animal husbandry is booming. Under the impact of rapid changes in internal and external environments, the traditional advantages such as low cost and high quality that the was once proud of have been lost. In recent years, the rise of high-tech animal husbandry has gradually replaced the traditional one as a new impetus to promote Malaysia's economic growth. Therefore, in order to survive and improve competitiveness, the only way for the traditional animal head the industry to survive is to achieve the goal of sustainable management under the changing environment.
This study adopts a case study method, taking SCC, which is a company mainly for animal health for more than 46 years, as an example. Through the collection of relevant data, it conducted a comprehensive review of the resources and the external environment faced by the organization. Use SWOT, STEEPLE and 80/20 legal analysis to build a company's superior strategy. The research results can be used as an operational reference for SCC to improve upon its physique, enhance its competitiveness and continue to develop.
