馬來西亞無螫蜂飼養技術之研究-以鼎立農場為例

摘要


本研究以鼎立農場為例,並以農企業生產管理理論為依據,分析該農場無螫蜂飼養技術方式,分析結果獲知:一、品種篩選:以ITAMA品種無螫蜂飼養較佳。二、飼養環境生態飼養法為主,建議環境溫度應在23℃至35℃之間。三、蜂蜜生產流程管理:無螫蜂蜜流程管理概分為1.記錄蜜蜂數據,觀察採蜜速度2.收採期限設定,分析最佳採收週期3.蜜蜂數量是否與採蜜產量成正比4.集蜜箱的設定,配合蜂巢產量及5.觀察季節,配合採蜜時段等五項。各作業項目均需配合執行,以免影響無螫蜂蜜的產量及品質 。四、餵飼管理:無螫蜂以大葉相思樹為最主要蜜源。建議以樹木的數量來決定這個環境適合多數的蜂窩養殖。避免太陽照射時間過長,溫度太高,蜂巢內蜂膠會融化,適合蜂巢的溫度大約在26~33攝氏度之間。飼養期間需注意動物破壞蜂巢及限制植物密度,以免因濕度太高容易引起蜂窩發霉。此外,本研究建議蜂場要保護蜂蜜的價格穩定,需在環境篩選和抽蜜週期兩項關鍵因素中,調整出與他人不同的作業流程,以求穩定產出蜂蜜的品質。並利用互利方案提高消費客群以增加農場獲利

This research is based on Three Pillars Farm's data, agriculture industry management theory, to conduct analysis for stingless beed feeding. Analysis results as follow: 1) Species choosing: Itama stingless bee is a better choice. 2) Mimic original habitat of stingless bee is essential, suggesting temperature from 23 to 35 celcius. 3) Bee honey harvesting process: Process can be distributed to 1.Record bee's data, observe bee harvesting efficiency. 2.Set honey harvesting timing, thus creating best harvesting cycle. 3.Population of bees must be on correct ratio with harvested honey volume. 4.Honey harvest bins setup, follow hives production rate. 5. Observe change of seasons, apply changes to timing of harvesting. Each operation need to cooperate closely, in order to avoid production volume and honey's quality being effected. 4) Feeding management: Acacia tree is the main honey source of stingless bees. Amount of acacia trees will decide how many hives can be kept in an area. Avoid long hours of sun shine, high temperature will cause hive's propolis to melt. Suitable temperature for bee hives are around 26 to 33 celcius. Bee hives are fragile to animal attacks, and high density of tree planting. It will increase surrounding moisture and eventually cause mold in bee hives. On the other hand, this research suggest bee farm need to protect market price of honey, taking account of environmental conditions and harvesting cycle, adjust individual process that differs from other bee farm, in order to produce high quality honey. Apply mutually beneficial solution for bee farm and consumer, and thus enlarging group of honey consumer, that leads to increase of bee farm's profit
