摘要

本研究運用層級分析法，分析判斷目前各項養殖影響因素之互相關係，並透過層級分析法，來提升養殖成功經驗的科學性，透過實地訪問，飼養場觀察、訪談、作業、資料收集及探討，產生四大構面及十六準則，訪問飼養專家及利用德爾菲法專家問卷探討各關鍵成功因素重要程度，整理出四項構面及十二項準則。設計層級分析法問卷並與中南部飼養專家探討問卷結果，運用power choice 軟體整合分析各項要素權重，經實驗分析後得知經營蛋雞養殖關鍵成功因素構面重要性其順序，依序為飼養管理、飼養程序、飼養條件、品種選擇；而經營蛋雞養殖最重要的關鍵因素前三名依序是疾病控制及消毒、換羽及汰除時機、溫溼度控制及通風。本研究之結果可提供牧農經營蛋雞養殖者之獲取蛋雞經營關鍵成功因素之參考，期望能提升蛋雞產蛋率及畜牧業經濟。

This study uses the analytic hierarchy process to analyze and judge the current relationship between various factors affecting breeding, and through the analytic hierarchy process, to improve the scientificity of successful breeding experience. Four major dimensions and sixteen criteria were generated, and the importance of each key success factor was discussed with the feeding experts and Delphi experts through questionnaires, and four major dimensions and twelve criteria were sorted out. The analytic hierarchy process questionnaire was designed to discuss the results of the questionnaire with breeding experts in the central and southern regions of Taiwan, and the power choice software was used to integrate and analyze various weight factors. After the experimental analysis, the importance of the key success factors in the operation of laying hen breeding was in the order of feeding management, feeding procedures, feeding conditions and species selection, and the top three most important key factors in operating layer breeding are disease control and disinfection, moulting and elimination timing, temperature and humidity control and ventilation. It provides a reference for the improvement of the weight of laying hens operated by pastoralists, hoping to improve the egg production rate of laying hens and the economy of animal husbandry.
