資深契約藥師之工作承諾-以南部某醫學中心為例
The Work Commitment among Senior Contracted Pharmacists of A Medical Center in Southern Taiwan
摘要
本研究旨在探究醫學中心優良資深契約藥師之工作承諾。本研究以任職南部某醫學中心，經主管推薦之二位資深契約藥師為研究對象。本研究方法採個案研究法，並以半結構深度訪談蒐集資料。研究主要結論如下： 一、 資深契約藥師具有高度職業承諾，對於目前的藥師工作及其職業價值表示高度的滿意，也非常認同目前的職業。 二、 資深契約藥師具有高度之工作投入，對於優化作業流程與工作環境，提升工作相關專業知能，願意付出對應的體力、精神與時間。 三、 資深契約藥師具有高度之工作價值，藉由藥師個人專業度的展現與工作能力的發揮，從中獲得工作成就感與工作榮耀。 四、 資深契約藥師具有高度之組織承諾，薪資調升符合個人期望，與主管與同事間的溝通與互動良好，工作配合度高。 最後，本研究根據上述研究結果，針對醫學中心、資深契約藥師，以及未來相關研究等方面提出建議。

The study aims to explore the work commitment of the senior contracted pharmacists who work in the medical center in southern Taiwan. Case study is implemented in this study and data are collected using semi-structured interviews. The participants for study are the two senior contracted pharmacists who are referred by their supervisors. The conclusions are the followings: 1. The senior contracted pharmacists hold high level of job commitment. They held high degree of satisfaction towards their work and expressed intent to continue working. 2. The senior contracted pharmacists hold high level of job involvement. For optimizing the operation process and working environment, and improving work-related professional knowledge, willing to devote the corresponding physical strength, spirit and time. 3. The senior contracted pharmacists highly value their work. Through the display of personal professionalism and the exertion of work ability, obtain a sense of work achievement and work glory from it. 4. The senior contracted pharmacists are endowed with great organizational commitment. They are highly satisfied with the payment and harmonious working atmosphere therein. The results of this study provides recommendations for medical center, senior contracted pharmacists, and future research.
