永磁同步馬達具備了高扭矩、高效率等優點,許多場域皆漸漸地將動力元件更換成同步馬達,也漸漸的增加了不同性能、尺寸需求的馬達,在進行市面上較少相同規格的馬達設計時,透過計算公式配合設計流程進行尺寸設計,不僅能快速的了解在設計需求下,馬達所需具備的尺寸,在進行性能與參數的分析時,也能透過公式得知各參數對性能的影響,使設計者能針對關鍵參數進行設計修改,使用設計公式確認設計尺寸後,再透過有限元素法確認設計馬達特性,提高計算出的設計尺寸可信度。在本論文中提出了一種永磁同步馬達尺寸設計流程,並設計符合長輩代步車的馬達,來驗證馬達設計流程,透過已確立的性能需求以及外部尺寸限制,進行馬達尺寸的設計,並使用有限元素法確認設計馬達是否符合性能需求後,進行馬達製作與性能測試,由結果顯示,使用建立出的設計流程所設計出的馬達,經過有限元素法與樣品馬達的測試分析後,驗證了設計馬達性能符合設計需求。
Permanent magnet synchronous motors have the advantages of high torque and high efficiency. In many fields, power components are gradually replaced with synchronous motors. Motors with different performance and size requirements have also been gradually added. When there are few motors of the same specification on the market, the size design is carried out through the calculation formula and the design process, so that the required size of the motor can be quickly understood under the design requirements. In the analysis of performance and parameters, the influence of each parameter on performance can also be known through formulas. It enables the designer to modify the design according to the key parameters, confirm the design size using the design formula, and then confirm the design motor characteristics through the finite element method, so as to improve the reliability of the calculated design size. In this paper, a sizing process for permanent magnet synchronous motors is proposed. And design a motor that conforms to the elderly scooter to verify the motor design process. Based on established performance requirements and external size constraints, the size of the motor is designed. And use the finite element method to confirm whether the designed motor meets the performance requirements and then carry out motor production and performance testing. The results show that the motor designed using the established design process has been tested and analyzed by the finite element method and the sample motor. It is verified that the designed motor performance meets the design requirements.
