由於跆拳道規則改變,從舊式傳統護具計分方式到新式電子護具及技術打法,選手全身肌肉力量以及動態平衡能力相當重要。本研究目的探討肌力與平衡訓練介入對青少年跆拳道運動員競技體適能及運動表現之影響。研究方法:本研究招募20位青少年跆拳道專項運動員,分為肌力訓練組,肌力訓練加平衡訓練組,進行12週運動介入,二組皆進行競技體適能測驗及運動表現之前後測。競技體適能檢測包含:跆拳道專項敏捷性測試 (TSAT)、速度(20公尺衝刺)、爆發力 (CMJ反向跳)、靜態平衡 (biodex balance system)、動態平衡 (Y平衡測試),運動表現以側踩為測驗方式。所得資料以描述性統計、相依樣本t檢定、單因子共變數進行統計分析。研究結果發現在兩組間後測並無顯著性差異,但在肌力與平衡訓練介入後,跆拳道運動員在競技體適能的爆發力、敏捷性、靜態平衡、動態平衡、速度、等長肌力之表現,都有顯著進步,而在運動表現測驗上沒有顯著差異。研究結論:本研究發現透過肌力訓練加上平衡訓練能更有助於運動員競技體適能的提升。
The taekwondo scoring has changed from traditional manual scoring to new electronic protective gear, and the players' body muscle strength and balance ability are becoming more and more important.Purpose: to investigate the effect of muscle strength and balance training intervention on the sport-related fitness and performance of adolescent taekwondo athletes. Method:Twenty teenage taekwondo athletes were divided into two groups: a muscle strength training group and a muscle strength plus balance training group. Sport-related fitness test and performance test were conducted before and after 12-week exercise intervention.Sport-related fitness test include: TSAT,20m Sprint,CMJ,biodex balance systemY Balance Test. Performance test is side-stepping. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, dependent sample t test and one-way ANCOVA.Result:There was no significant difference between the two groups in the post-test of sport-related fitness and performance. The strength and balance training group showed significant improvements in sport-related fitness,but there were no significant differences in performance tests.Conclusion:Muscle strength training plus balance training can be more conducive to the improvement of sport-related fitness.
