This study uses the sample of the publicly listed companies in Taiwan which earned the award of Excellence in Corporate Social Responsibility of CommonWealth Magazine during 2007-2019. The main purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between corporate social responsibility, executive compensation and firm performance. This study uses the two-stage least squares method to examine whether corporate social responsibility will affect executive compensation and firm performance. The empirical results found that corporate social responsibility has a positive impact on the executive compensation and firm performance.
