以自我效能探究網路創業意圖之影響

摘要


由於數位經濟發展趨勢、網路用戶遽增、COVID-19疫情肆虐全球、宅經濟及外送平台興起,網路創業商機已大幅提升。本研究探討自我效能的前置變數,包含:成就表現、替代經驗、言語勸說及情緒激發四項,及自我效能對於網路創業意圖之影響;此外,本研究進一步探討正面性支持,包括:高等教育性支持、關係性支持及結構性支持,對於自我效能與網路創業意圖間的干擾效果。 本研究透過問卷的調查方式,並以30歲以下的年輕族群為主要調查對象,進行網路問卷發放及回收有效問卷共315份,在採用SPSS 25.0進行敘述性統計分析、信度及效度分析、相關分析,以及藉由Smart PLS軟體來檢驗測量模型與各項構念所組成之結構模型。 研究結果發現成就表現、替代經驗、言語勸說及情緒激發對於自我效能皆有顯著影響,且自我效能會進一步影響網路創業意圖。另外,正面性支持的三個構念中,只有結構性支持對於網路創業意圖有正向影響;再者,結構性支持對於自我效能及網路創業意圖具有干擾效果,並會弱化自我效能對於網路創業意圖之影響。 最後提出網路創業相關的結論與建議,作為未來年輕族群從事網路創業,以及未來相關決策單位之參考!

Due to the development trend of digital economy, the rapid increase of Internet users, the COVID-19 epidemic raging around the world, the home economy and the rise of delivery platforms, offer business opportunities for Internet entrepreneurship. This study explores the antecedents of the self-efficacy, including performance accomplishments, vicarious experience, verbal persuasion and emotional arousal, and the influence of self-efficacy on Internet entrepreneurship intentions. In addition, positive support, including higher educational support, relational support and structural support, moderates the effects of self-efficacy on Internet entrepreneurial intentions. By taking young people under the age of 30 as the sampling frame, a total of 315 valid questionnaires were collected by Internet survey. SPSS 25.0 was used for description statistical analysis, reliability and validity analysis, correlation analysis, whereas Smart PLS software is adopted to verify the structural model and measurement model of the research framework. The results showed that performance accomplishments, vicarious experience, verbal persuasion and emotional arousal have significant effects on self-efficacy, which in turn further affect Internet entrepreneurial intensions. In addition, structural support negatively moderates the effect of self-efficacy on Internet entrepreneurial intentions, which means that the influence of self-efficacy on Internet entrepreneurial intentions is reduced when structural support is high. This study puts forward conclusions and suggestions related to Internet entrepreneurship, and relevant decision-making units!
